Burnley boss Owen Coyle will complete two years in charge of the Clarets on Sunday, and he will be hoping that his young charges can continue their fine home form. Burnley have won five of their six games at Turf Moor this season, a statistic that has helped them to sit in a comfortable mid table position.
Burnley held Manchester City to a 3-3 draw in their last game. Goals from Graham Alexander and Steven Fletcher put Burnley 2-0 ahead, but City produced a strong second half performance to take the lead. Kevin McDonald however struck late in the game to give Burnley a precious point.
Aston Villa thrashed Bolton Wanderers 5-1 prior to the international break. There were five different players on the score sheet for the Villans in the form of Ashley Young, Gabriel Agbonlahor, John Carew, Carlos Cuellar and James Milner. Villa will be hoping that Emile Heskey and James Collins can recover in time from their respective injuries ahead of this trip.
