Both the teams played out a thrilling 2-2 draw in the opening group stage match with all the four goals coming in the final 14 minutes of the match. Roman Hubnik broke the deadlock for Prague in the 76th minute but PSV were back on level terms four minutes later.
Martin Zeman looked to have won the game for Prague by restoring their lead in the 87th minute but Jonathan Reis scored his second goal of the game late in injury time to secure a point for his side.
PSV are unbeaten in eight games in Europe this season with the 2-2 draw being their only blemish.
